Moa doesn't have time to get hassled by text boxes, so she simply ignores the one that pops up out of nowhere. Moa is extremely loyal to Homeworld, and is frequently obeying orders, while keeping others in line. Her extreme skill in battle made her the go-to for dealing with rogue Taimukipa. As you are acutely aware of, Taimukipa are incredibly dangerous beings, especially for the fact that they'll emit a huge destructive supernova when they die. Moa was elected Director of Executions, a role in which she manages the eliminations of rogue Taimu. She was the only one ruthless enough to be able to manage such a taxing job. Her stone cold nature made her a perfect candidate to execute what might've been previous friends.
